An inspiration is something that ignites a process of mental stimulation. It makes you feel a certain way, or encourages you to take action  - to do something creative. It can originate from another person, or from an object or event that you have observed. But the effect it causes drives towards creativity. I find inspiration in the strangest places - some ordinary and some remarkable. An image, a song or sound, a flavour or a sensation. In the work of others and their undertakings to share their experiences and impressions. Inspiration is powerful.
